This position will provide project and PeopleSoft upgrade support for the Student Records Team including Project and Upgrade Support (New systems, Modifications, Software upgrades
-gather, analyze, and document business requirements and assist with the translation into technical requirements.
- Identify, define, and document business process and application requirements in order to create business process flows for existing processes.
- Understand and perform elements of standard project management methodology.
- Assist with setup and configuration in the test environments.
- Create test conditions, create test scripts, perform testing, report defects.
- Provide deep subject matter expertise in Student Records 9.0 business processes.
